Summer 2026

I have been interested in painting Old wooden boats of Alaska. Below is one that I finished this last spring of 2026. It is of an old boat in Homer, AK.

This is a quick watercolor sketch I did in the Matanuska Valley, Alaska. It is of a morning sunset. I was quickly trying to capture the lighting intrigued me.

This is a sketch of a spring snowy scene here in Alaska. I liked the way the afternoon light was shining on the snow. It is of a gully on the side of a country road. We had a long winter this last year.
